Lunea needed a premium online presence that matched their luxury product line. The project required harmonizing their scattered visual identity into a robust Brand Guide while simultaneously building a lightning-fast, headless e-commerce experience using React and Next.js for optimal SEO and conversion performance.

THE DUAL CHALLENGE

  • Brand Dilution: Inconsistent messaging and visuals across social media and the existing site confused high-end customers.
  • Performance Lag: The legacy platform was slow, leading to high abandonment rates on mobile devices.
  • Maintenance: No centralized design system made component updates slow and inconsistent.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

  • Brand Workshop: Conducted a two-day workshop to define core values, voice, and visual direction, resulting in a comprehensive Brand Style Guide.
  • Design System: Built a reusable component library in Figma, directly translated into Tailwind CSS components in the codebase.
  • Headless Development: Developed the front-end in React/Next.js, connecting to the existing Shopify backend for seamless product management but superior speed.
  • UX Focus: Implemented A/B tested checkout flows to minimize friction and maximize conversion rates.
